These Terms govern your use of Valle Florecer and the purchase and participation in our floristry courses. By accessing the website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website and any course platform features only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

• Do not attempt to bypass security, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the site (including by automated scraping, excessive requests, or malicious code).
• Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or violates intellectual property rights.

Accounts & Access

If a course requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and current information when registering and purchasing.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is used in violation of these Terms.
• Course access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Payments

Course prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. Taxes, duties, or bank fees may apply depending on your location and payment provider.

• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your purchase.
• You must provide accurate billing details and ensure that your payment method is valid.
• Discounts and promotions may be limited in time, eligibility, or quantity and may be withdrawn at any time before purchase completion.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if you have not completed over 20% of a course. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

• If you exceed 20% course completion, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
• Where permitted by law, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• We may deny refund requests we reasonably believe are abusive (for example, repeated refunds after consuming substantial content).

Course Rules

Our courses may include videos, worksheets, live sessions, community spaces, and instructor feedback. You agree to follow course rules and instructor guidelines.

• Live session schedules may change due to instructor availability or technical issues. If a live session is rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
• We may update course content to improve clarity, reflect new techniques, or correct errors. Access to updated content is not guaranteed if your access period has ended.
• If course community features exist, you agree to behave respectfully and refrain from harassment, spam, or sharing personal data of others without permission.

Intellectual Property

All site content and course materials are owned by Valle Florecer or our licensors, including text, videos, designs, trademarks, and downloadable files.

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own learning.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display course materials without written permission.
• Recording, ripping, or re-uploading videos is prohibited.

Privacy & Cookies
